An order is considered successfully placed after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received, where payment is required in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Customised Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information supplied for customised products, including size, quantity, artwork, logo, text, colour and other specifications.
Once customised production has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless the product is defective, incorrectly supplied by us or otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers. We do not request customers to share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or passwords with our staff.
8. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customisation requirements, delivery location and courier conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other material is owned by or licensed to Roy's Apparels unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.
